Most servers accepts TLS on 6697 and plain TCP on 6667.

By connecting to this network, you agree to all of the below. If you disagree to any of the following, do not connect.
- This network may routinely emit messages that violate the IRC protocol. Some clients may experience crashes. We are not responsible for any damages.
- No distribution of illegal material or use of the network for illegal purposes.
- No botnets/spamming/flooding/broadcasting except where explicitly authorized by network staff.
- No network/channel ban evasion.
- Network staff may disconnect, read connection information, or use any commands supported by the IRC protocol, the IRC daemon, or the services packages on a client, for any or no reason.
- No hate speech, harassment, etc.
- A member of network staff may forcibly join a channel when network rules are suspected of being broken.
- You are responsible for all actions you make.

- Nicks that contain spaces
- Nicks that masquerade as entire messages

:, which crashes entire soju users across all of their networks)
- Force-joining users to nicknames (i.e., invalid channel names)
- Broken S2S commands that cause frequent netsplits
